Is the measurement stated accurate?
Due to different measurement standard and tools by suppliers and buyers, the real item measurement stated are for your reference and there might be a different of 0.5 - 2.0cm vary to the real item.


Is the real item same like the picture?
All the pictures are provided directly by oversea supplier and it just for reference purpose only. The items are 95% as the picture. If there is any different between the picture and real item, we will refer the real item as standard.


What can I do if my order item has no stock or stop production?
You can either change to other available item or request refund for this particular item


Are prices displayed included postal fee?
Prices displayed are excluding postal fee, buyers need to pay the postal fee separately.


How much are the shipping charges?

1 - 5 pcs = RM 7.00 
6 pcs above = FOC

Sabah/Sarawak
1 - 5 pcs = RM 10.00
6 pcs above = FOC

Pos Express
RM 7.00 per envelope (limited to 1 item only)


How do I order and make payment?
1) Please place your order by using the Ordering Form
2) Account number will be given when purchase is confirmed
3) Payment can be made via Cash Deposit, Transfer with ATM or Online Transfer
     into our Maybank Account - http://www.maybank2u.com.my/
4) Confirmation mail will be send to the mail given


What should I do after payment made?
Please inform us via e-mail at summer_iccy@live.com.my or elaine_peili@live.com and we shall arrange for delivery.


How long I need to wait to received my order after payment done?
Estimated within 7 to 10 working days (not include Weekend & Public Holidays).


What should I do if I didn't receive my parcel?
You can track your parcel with the tracking code given to you by calling up Post Malaysia Customer Service Centre at 1300 300 300.  Do notify us about it & we'll try our best to assist you. 

For Post Laju postages, please ensure that there'll be somebody to sign for the parcel.  Otherwise, they'll deposit your parcel at your nearest post office & you'll have to collect it there.


Why sometimes the item state FREE Belt or FREE Accessories, but i didn't received the FREE Belt or Accessories when i received the order?
The FREE Belt or FREE Accessories are the FREE Gift offer by the supplier, it's limited and while stock last. We didn't accept the FREE Gift issue as return or refund excuses.


Can I exchange or return the purchased item?
We didn't allow any exchange or return for sold items due to any reason.  If defect, please contact us via email immediately.
